1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all learning path purchases:
- Frontend Developer Learning Path
- Backend Developer Learning Path
- Full-Stack Developer Learning Path
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The request must be made by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the purchase
- Each learning path purchase is eligible for one refund only
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Repeat purchases of the same learning path after a previous refund has been issued (repurchase-and-refund cycling)
- Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent purchases or purchases made with stolen payment methods
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- The learning path you purchased

5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Timeline
- Review: We will review your refund request within 1-2 business days of receipt
- Approval Notification: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email
- Refund Issuance: The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5.2 Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card, closed account), please contact your bank or card issuer, as they can typically redirect the refund to your updated account.
5.3 Refund Amount

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges between learning paths. If you would like to switch to a different learning path, you may:
- Request a refund for your current learning path (within the 30-day window)
- Purchase the desired learning path separately

8. Billing Descriptor
Charges from Code Forge Academy will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “CODEFORGE ACADEMY” or a similar descriptor. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please check your email for a purchase confirmation from us before contacting your bank.
Important: If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@codeforgeacademy.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can typically resolve billing issues much faster than the bank dispute process, and chargebacks incur significant fees that affect our ability to keep course prices affordable.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any issues with your purchase quickly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us at support@codeforgeacademy.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
For billing disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly rather than filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks should be a last resort, as they involve a lengthy process and may result in your account being suspended during the investigation.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from customers who demonstrate a pattern of refund abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or different learning paths
- Requesting refunds after downloading or extensively accessing course materials with the apparent intent of obtaining content for free
- Using multiple accounts to circumvent refund limitations
We review refund patterns to protect the integrity of our platform and to keep our courses affordable for all students.
11. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Purchases made with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are eligible for refunds under the same terms described in this policy. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.
12. Force Majeure
In the event that we are unable to process refunds within the stated timeframes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, banking system outages, or other force majeure events — we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible and keep you informed of any delays.
